The original order showed up and had a little residue. The manufacturer immediately identified what the substance was (a by product of the manufacturing process), sent out a replacement, and provided a label to return the original. They were friendly and courteous through the entire experience.

The monitor arm itself is great. It's easy to use and adjust. The instructions are clear and understandable.

For anybody wondering about the maximum size of the display supported: this is the maximum size that can rotate completely around without the display's corners hitting the mounting surface. I mounted a 43" display without any issues, but it is not able to rotate fully, which is fine by me.

Heavy duty indeed. I'm using it for a 27" iMac and it does the trick. For the price it's fantastic. There's just 2 features I'd love for it to have that a few comparable but significantly more expensive models have, which is a double wide desk clamp, and the ability to limit the rotation of the base to less than 360. Still would highly recommend it.

This mount was for a 34 inch monitor. It's very sturdy and the foundation is strong enough to pivot your monitor any way you see fit. The instructions tell you that it comes with a 3 mm hex tool but it was not included because the product does not match the manual. U need only the 4mm and 6mm to adjust. Other than this minor oversight, the product is excellent
